Responsibilities
Design Reducto’s foundational channel partner program, including partner tiers, deal registration, and agreement templates.
Identify, recruit, and onboard reseller, implementation, and systems integrator partners.
Negotiate and finalize partner agreements with legal and finance.
Build partner enablement materials, including pitches, technical training, and certification.
Own partner-sourced pipeline and revenue targets, including reporting.
Run regular partner cadences, pipeline reviews, and business reviews.
Formalize processes and documentation so the program can scale beyond a single owner.
Requirements
Demonstrated experience building a channel motion or partner program from the ground up.
Experience structuring channel programs, including partner tiers, deal registration, agreements, and commercial rules of engagement.
Ability to combine strategic program design with hands-on execution.
Proven history of generating pipeline and closed revenue through resellers, systems integrators, or implementation partners.
Strong relationship-building skills with partner executives and delivery teams.
Nice-to-Haves
Experience building a channel or partner program at an early-stage AI or infrastructure startup.
Existing relationships with systems integrators or resellers serving enterprise AI or document-heavy workflows.
Experience with partner relationship management (PRM) tooling.
Experience acting as both the architect and early operator of a partner program.
