Leads Lovable’s social media team and sets channel strategy while creating product-focused content for developer and general audiences. The role requires 12+ years of social media experience, team management, strong technical communication, and hands-on experience with product launches and visual content.

Responsibilities
Team leadership
- Manage and grow Lovable’s social team.
- Establish an opinionated social media channel strategy and activate the team to deliver against it.
- Set the bar for quality by giving feedback, reviewing work, and helping reports do their best work.
- Split and prioritize workload across launches, always-on content, and community engagement.
- Build a cadence and format library for product content so every release has a clear path to social.
- Report on and be accountable for the team’s metrics.
Hands-on social content
- Own social media content related to Lovable’s product, including launches, features, product education, and behind-the-scenes work.
- Write copy that turns technical concepts into posts a broad audience will follow and want to share.
- Work with the Creative team on launch videos and polished static assets.
- Partner with Product Marketing and Product to get early visibility into shipping plans and shape announcements.
- Deepen Lovable’s product usage and credibility among developer and general audiences.
- Track what resonates and feed those learnings into future launch planning.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in social media.
- At least 2 years of experience managing a team.
- Strategic understanding of which content belongs on each social channel.
- Product marketing aptitude, including turning changelogs and feature launches into compelling stories.
- Technical communication skills for developer and general audiences.
- Ability to create product visuals such as screen recordings, GIFs, and static graphics, or draft clear creative briefs.
- Experience collaborating with Product Marketing, Product, and Creative teams.
- Strong platform-native understanding of X and LinkedIn.
- Portfolio of shipped product social content.
- Experience using Lovable.
- Based in Stockholm or willing to relocate there.
