- Experience at top startups/big tech, ex-founder/founding engineer, or obsessive side project builder (deployed/live).
- Comfortable with Python and Typescript.
- Grinder mindset: intelligent, moves quickly (pedigree secondary).

- Experience shipping code rapidly without perfectionism.
