Senior Product Manager
Senior Product Manager leading end-to-end product development for AI workflow automation in healthcare. Own discovery, roadmap, prioritization, and metrics while partnering with engineering, design, and leadership in a high-growth environment.
About the job
What You’ll Do
- Lead product development from discovery to launch, partnering closely with engineering, design, customer success, and go-to-market teams to ship high-quality solutions.
- Own your product area end-to-end: customer discovery, roadmap definition, prioritization, execution, iteration, and commercial outcomes.
- Translate complex operational workflows into elegant, scalable product solutions that create measurable outcomes for customers.
- Define and track success metrics, using data, user feedback, and business objectives to validate hypotheses and guide decisions.
- Build a feedback flywheel with customer success and support to continuously surface and act on customer intelligence.
- Work directly with executive leadership, with the access, visibility, and accountability that comes with it.
- Treat healthcare compliance and privacy — HIPAA, payor requirements, auditability — as a core part of product design, not an afterthought.
You May Be a Fit If
- You've spent 5+ years in Product Management, with a track record in high-growth, scrappy environments.
- You use AI tools deliberately to make your own work exceptional.
- You've built products from the ground up where no playbook existed.
- You can distill messy workflows into elegant solutions and make defensible prioritization calls under ambiguity.
- You write a crisp PRD, present to a CTO, and run a customer discovery session with equal confidence.
- You use metrics to make decisions, not to justify them after the fact.
- You're genuinely curious about hard, overlooked problems because you care about the impact.
