Owns APAC executive marketing programs that strengthen strategic customer relationships through hospitality, advisory councils, executive visits, delegations, and thought leadership. Requires 8+ years of B2B marketing experience and deep APAC expertise.

Responsibilities
Program Frameworks and Governance
- Build scalable playbooks, governance models, and operating processes for executive programs across APAC markets.
- Define program objectives, success metrics, critical-path milestones, documentation, and tracking standards.
- Implement AI tooling, agency partnerships, and delegation models to manage operational complexity.
Executive Intelligence and Database
- Define eligibility criteria for executive stakeholders across priority and must-win accounts.
- Build and maintain an APAC executive database using sales nominations, CRM data, meeting history, LinkedIn, industry data, and event participation.
- Validate the database with regional sales leaders.
- Tag and segment executives in Stripe systems for program targeting and reporting.
Corporate Hospitality
- Own strategy and governance for sports and cultural sponsorship hospitality programs in APAC.
- Define guest identification criteria, invitation processes, and on-site experience frameworks.
- Create repeatable activation playbooks for regional field marketing teams.
Regional Advisory Councils
- Serve as regional program DRI for the APAC Regional Advisory Council rollout across Japan, Greater China, and AUNZ.
- Develop governance models, member selection criteria, communications templates, and program cadences.
- Partner with product marketing managers, sales leaders, and in-country GTM teams on agendas and member value.
Global Delegation Experience
- Lead the APAC nomination process for Stripe's invite-only Sessions delegation.
- Partner with Corporate Events on delegate communications, hospitality, networking, follow-up, and measurement.
Executive Visit Orchestration
- Build systems and standards for maximising the impact of visiting executives in the region.
- Develop engagement prioritisation, profile promotion, briefing, and outcomes-documentation frameworks.
- Coordinate executive assistants, sales leaders, and regional marketing teams.
Executive Profile Elevation
- Partner with Communications, social media, and marketing teams to build executive thought leadership through speaking, press, podcasts, LinkedIn, and industry roundtables.
- Maintain a regional visibility calendar and executive speaker bench.
- Build organic demand for Stripe executives as recognised regional experts.
Measurement and Reporting
- Define measurement frameworks covering member satisfaction, attendance, pipeline influence, and advocacy.
- Maintain consistent reporting to regional and global stakeholders.
Requirements
- 8+ years of B2B marketing experience.
- Meaningful experience in executive programs, high-touch relationship marketing, or sales-aligned marketing.
- Deep APAC experience and understanding of regional business and cultural nuances.
- Ability to design and govern scalable programs across culturally and commercially diverse markets.
- Experience working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, communications, corporate events, executive assistants, and senior leadership.
- Strong program management, operational discipline, stakeholder influence, and measurement skills.
- Account-centric and sales-aligned approach to marketing.
Nice to Have
- Experience building programs and operating models from the ground up.
- Experience with AI tooling, agency partnerships, CRM systems, LinkedIn, industry data, and executive intelligence databases.
- Experience with corporate hospitality, advisory councils, customer advisory boards, executive visits, or delegation programs.
