Creative Content Producer
Creates video, social, visual design, and brand content that explains Origin’s robotics products and field operations to customers, investors, partners, and candidates. The role requires end-to-end production skills, technical storytelling ability, and experience building repeatable content systems for distributed teams.

Responsibilities
Video and Technical Storytelling
- Own video projects from ideation and scripting through shooting, editing, packaging, and publishing support.
- Produce short- and long-form content for LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, X, and other relevant channels.
- Create product demos, robot showcases, explainers, reels, founder and team videos, behind-the-scenes stories, launch videos, event recaps, and deployment updates.
- Capture authentic moments from the lab, robot trials, demos, deployment preparation, and team activities through video and interviews.
- Turn complex robotics, construction workflows, product capabilities, and field learnings into clear, engaging stories.
- Adapt content for customers, investors, partners, candidates, and technical audiences.
- Maintain a content calendar aligned with launches, demonstrations, events, hiring, and product milestones.
Remote and Field Content
- Support content needs from international customer demos, pilots, deployments, trade shows, and site visits.
- Create shot lists, filming guides, interview prompts, capture checklists, and content-request templates.
- Guide engineers, operators, salespeople, and deployment teams in capturing video, photography, interviews, and customer moments.
- Turn raw field footage into reels, demo highlights, customer-facing clips, case-study assets, sales materials, investor updates, and internal communications.
- Build a repeatable field-content system for documenting robot performance, jobsite workflows, customer reactions, and deployment learnings.
- Coordinate with engineering, sales, deployment, and leadership teams to identify and deliver stories quickly.
Visual and Brand Design
- Design social graphics, presentation assets, campaign creatives, event materials, product explainers, and marketing visuals.
- Support pitch decks, sales decks, one-pagers, case studies, recruitment content, and customer communications.
- Create reusable templates for social posts, video thumbnails, announcements, presentations, case studies, and launches.
- Maintain visual consistency across video, social media, web, presentations, and print.
- Support visuals for landing pages, product showcases, and campaign pages when needed.
Collaboration and Brand Storytelling
- Work with founders, engineers, product, deployment, sales, and marketing teams to identify content opportunities.
- Interview and film team members, operators, customers, and leadership.
- Explain how Origin’s robots work, where they fit, and why they matter to construction companies.
- Build a credible, high-trust brand grounded in real products, progress, and real-world performance.
- Help teams identify what should be captured and how it can become valuable content.
Requirements
- Strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating video production, editing, visual design, or social content.
- Ability to independently take video projects from ideation and scripting through shooting, editing, and final delivery.
- Strong proficiency with at least one video-editing tool, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut.
- Working proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or equivalent.
- Strong eye for storytelling, framing, composition, pacing, typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to create polished brand content and fast, platform-native social content.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Instagram Reels, YouTube, YouTube Shorts, and emerging content formats.
- Ability to simplify technical subjects into clear, visually engaging stories.
- Confidence turning imperfect or remotely captured footage into high-quality content.
- Comfort working around engineers, hardware, robots, workshops, labs, testing areas, and field operations.
- Ability to guide non-creative colleagues in capturing usable photos, videos, interviews, and customer moments.
- Strong ownership, organization, resourcefulness, and ability to manage multiple creative projects.
- Willingness to occasionally appear on camera.
- Genuine interest in robotics, construction, technology, startups, and physical products.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience in robotics, hardware, manufacturing, automotive, construction technology, industrial automation, aerospace, or another physical-product industry.
- Experience working with engineering, product, deployment, sales, or other technical teams.
- Experience producing content from customer sites, factories, labs, workshops, trade shows, or international deployments.
- Experience building remote content-capture systems using shot lists, filming guides, prompts, checklists, and reusable templates.
- Experience creating founder-led or technical content for LinkedIn.
- Motion graphics, animation, 3D visualization, product-rendering, or interface-animation skills.
- Photography skills, including lighting, framing, composition, and image editing.
- Experience creating pitch decks, sales materials, case studies, one-pagers, event collateral, thumbnails, or product explainers.
- Understanding of brand identity systems and cross-channel visual consistency.
- Experience creating reusable workflows and templates that help teams publish consistently.
- Familiarity with construction workflows, jobsites, industrial environments, or B2B technology audiences.
Portfolio Requirement
- Applicants must share a portfolio, showreel, social media samples, design work, or links to published videos.
- Relevant work includes technical storytelling, hardware or product videos, founder-led content, social videos, motion graphics, brand design, and physical-product content.
- Shortlisted candidates may complete a practical assignment using sample robot footage.
