Senior CRM Developer, Salesforce And HubSpot

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flows.
- Configure, customize, and support Salesforce Sales Cloud, CPQ, Experience Cloud, and other platform capabilities.
- Support the administration, configuration, and ongoing enhancement of HubSpot, including integrations, workflows, forms, and marketing automation.
- Work with business and technical teams to understand requirements and implement effective Salesforce solutions.
- Participate in code reviews and enforce Salesforce development best practices.
- Support Salesforce administration, including configuration, user management, data quality, and reporting.
- Troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, and implement sustainable CRM solutions.
- Collaborate with developers, administrators, and business stakeholders in an Agile environment.
- Contribute to CRM modernization initiatives using automation, AI capabilities, and emerging Salesforce and HubSpot features.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, solution designs, and support documentation.
- Stay current with Salesforce and HubSpot releases, capabilities, and industry best practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Strong proficiency in Apex and Lightning Web Components.
- Experience developing and supporting Salesforce Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, or other Salesforce applications, including setup, theming, and user access controls.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise applications using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, middleware, or integration platforms.
- Working knowledge of HubSpot administration, APIs, workflows, or marketing automation, or the ability to quickly learn and support HubSpot.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce administration, including profiles, roles, flows, validation rules, and page layouts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions.
- Experience working in an Agile or Scrum environment.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote work setting.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
