Senior Accountant
The Senior Accountant will manage transactional accounting, reconciliations, financial reporting, and audit support for a fast-growing SaaS startup. The role requires a bachelor's degree in accounting, 3+ years of relevant experience, strong GAAP and ASC 606 knowledge, and proficiency with modern accounting tools.

Responsibilities
- Prepare day-to-day transactions, including accounts receivable/payable, prepaid expenses, and fixed assets.
- Prepare monthly balance-sheet reconciliations and detailed income-statement analysis.
- Assist with financial reports, account reconciliations, and audit preparation.
- Manage transactional accounting processes, including procure-to-pay and order-to-cash.
- Help develop accounting policies and procedures.
- Support ad hoc projects as needed.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and SaaS revenue recognition, including ASC 606.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
- 3+ years of relevant experience; a mix of public accounting and private-industry experience is strongly preferred.
- Exceptional attention to detail, including self-review, and strong project-management skills.
- Proficiency with NetSuite, Microsoft and Google Suite, Ramp, and FloQast.
- Active CPA license or progress toward licensure.
- Prior startup experience.
- Ability to work independently, think critically, interpret incomplete data, identify patterns, and adapt to shifting priorities.
Compensation
- Base pay range: $110,000-$130,000.
