Responsibilities
- Define and execute the roadmap for using AI and data to drive retention and expansion across Customer Success, Professional Services, and Support.
- Build and improve models identifying at-risk accounts and cross-sell or upsell opportunities using usage, support, and engagement data.
- Architect customer health-score metrics and the data foundation supporting automated Customer Success playbooks.
- Set renewal pricing strategy, services attach-rate targets, and margin optimization in partnership with Sales and Services leadership.
- Own the retention narrative for executive and board audiences, translating NRR and GRR metrics into recommended actions.
- Mentor and upskill the GTM team and cross-functional commercial partners on using data.
- Lead cross-functional commercial-system changes, including segmentation, territory and quota models, forecast hygiene, churn coding, and renewal workflows.
Requirements
- 8–10+ years of experience in Customer Success Operations, Revenue Operations, or Strategic Analytics within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Experience building revenue data architecture and models from CRM, product usage, support, and engagement data.
- Experience influencing VP and C-suite decisions through commercial analytics.
- Experience using AI for commercial applications such as predictive churn modeling, sentiment analysis, or next-best-action recommendations.
- Expert-level SQL and business intelligence tooling experience.
- Experience joining product-usage data with CRM data at scale.
- Experience owning go-to-market metrics.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

- Experience mentoring or coaching analysts or operations professionals.
