Implementation Consultant

Responsibilities

• Drive customer adoption of key features and consult on best practices for incorporating Rippling into customer workflows.
• Project manage engagements with internal and external teams.
• Help customers understand and optimize their use of Rippling.
• Provide attentive, personalized guidance and product enablement.
• Become a go-to resource for customers and coworkers on Rippling's IT products and features.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing an IT setup at a company, helping customers implement IT products, or selling IT solutions.
• Strong understanding of MDM, identity management solutions, or other IT-related solutions.
• Familiarity with IT products such as Google, Azure, and Okta.
• Enthusiasm for helping customers and colleagues.
• Strong prioritization and time-management skills.
• Excellent project and task management skills.
• Ability to explain complex scenarios through clear written and verbal communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to solve complex, interdependent problems.
• Interest in working actively with product and engineering teams.

Nice to Haves

• Experience supporting a managed service provider (MSP) or working as an internal IT staff member.
• Familiarity with the admin consoles of email providers and business applications such as Google, M365, Slack, and Zoom.
