Technical Delivery Manager

Leads complex enterprise Professional Services implementations, governing scope, schedules, financials, teams, and customer relationships across multiple engagements. Requires 5–8 years of project management experience, MDM implementation ownership, Agile expertise, and familiarity with cloud integration and enterprise technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Govern projects and ensure successful delivery, including Reltio activities, deliverables, and sign-offs.
  • Follow the Reltio Way Delivery Methodology.
  • Lead onshore and offshore architects, consultants, and developers through delivery of Reltio capabilities.
  • Manage multiple customer engagements concurrently.
  • Oversee engagement financials, scope, schedules, and status.
  • Manage customer product issues and enhancement requests.
  • Oversee infrastructure and platforms, escalating product issues as needed.
  • Coordinate with Product Management, Customer Success, DevOps, and Engineering.
  • Build trusted relationships with partner resources and customer executives.
  • Communicate technical and business concepts to nontechnical audiences.
  • Serve as Reltio’s day-to-day customer representative.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Create repeatable methodologies, tools, and templates to improve the practice.
  • Travel up to 50%, depending on business needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Business, Engineering, or an equivalent field.
  • 5–8 years of enterprise-level project management experience leading and delivering moderate to complex solutions.
  • Ownership of at least two end-to-end implementations of enterprise MDM software such as Informatica, SAP, Oracle, or equivalent.
  • Deep program and project management skills, including Agile Scrum.
  • Experience managing multiple customer projects with onshore and offshore teams.
  • Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, analytical, and development skills.
  • Knowledge of MDM business use cases, delivered capabilities, created value, and uncovered opportunities.
  • Knowledge of advanced analytics business use cases, delivered capabilities, created value, and uncovered opportunities.
  • Knowledge of machine learning and artificial intelligence business use cases, delivered capabilities, created value, and uncovered opportunities.
  • Experience with SaaS and cloud delivery.
