Responsibilities
- Architect a flexible and capable React ecosystem designed to host complex, mission-critical healthcare widgets and user-facing AI tools.
- Focus on high-level UI/UX to help providers and operational staff effortlessly navigate clinical data and AI-surfaced insights for workflows like Prior Authorizations and Appeals.
- Design and implement interfaces that are critical to workflows involving Patient Interactions, ensuring clarity and speed are prioritized.
- Work closely with Full Stack and Backend Engineers to define interfaces and APIs, ensuring the frontend architecture supports rapid iteration and delivery of product specs.
Requirements
- Deep expertise in React and TypeScript.
- Proven experience architecting large, scalable frontend applications (not just marketing sites).
- High standards for code quality and user experience.
- Domain curiosity, especially in complex clinical domains (e.g., Prior Authorizations).
- Bias for action and proficiency with tools (command line, keyboard shortcuts).
- Excitement about working five days per week in our San Francisco office.

- Familiarity with building interfaces that interact with EHR systems or manage complex clinical data.
