Enterprise Account Manager, Emerging Markets

About the role

What you’ll do

  • Effectively manage a mixed book of accounts across our emerging markets
  • Become the key advocate internally for market knowledge, providing updates to our sales, product and marketing teams on how we serve and win in emerging markets
  • Build strategic account plans that map out expansion and other upsell opportunities
  • Maintain an active pipeline of forecasted renewals and expansions to meet quota objectives
  • Be a hiring coach and strategic partner to our customers - achieved through outstanding product and industry knowledge
  • Establish relationships high and wide throughout our customers' organizations
  • Be an active participant in building and improving internal operational processes
  • Additional projects and responsibilities as business needs require

You should have

  • A proven track record in a customer-facing B2B SaaS position
  • Fluency in English, Brazilian Portuguese and Spanish
  • Experience working in Enterprise account management or customer success roles, preferably with responsibility for renewals
  • A collaborative mindset with a strong ability to work cross-functionally on a shared objective

Compensation & Benefits

The national pay range for this role is $92,430.00 - $120,185.00 base pay. Individual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and qualifications. Certain roles may be eligible for additional compensation, including stock option awards, bonuses, and merit increases. Additionally, certain roles have the opportunity to receive sales commissions that are based on the terms of the sales commission plan applicable to the role.
