About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Regional Vice Presidents carrying individual quotas.
  • Set performance expectations, provide feedback, and drive accountability to exceed revenue goals.
  • Work directly on deals to help Regional Vice Presidents win.
  • Review and support deal strategy and execution throughout the sales cycle, from account strategy through contract close.
  • Develop relationships with C-level decision-makers in health systems and radiology groups.
  • Implement and refine sales processes and operating rhythms to improve forecast accuracy, pipeline health, and deal execution.
  • Partner with Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Executive Leadership on strategic growth initiatives.
  • Recruit ahead of plan and assess team structure, territory coverage, and resource allocation as the business scales.
  • Build a culture of transparency, excellence, ownership, and mission-driven execution.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in healthcare technology sales.
  • 3+ years leading enterprise sales teams of quota-carrying representatives, with a record of exceeding team targets.
  • Experience leading complex healthcare sales cycles with hospitals, health systems, or physician groups.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage performance using metrics and pipeline analysis.
  • Ability to travel 50% or more of the time.
  • Strong hiring, team-building, communication, listening, ownership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and collaborating across teams.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience selling AI, SaaS, or enterprise solutions into healthcare or health technology startups.
  • Experience scaling sales teams and territories during rapid growth.
  • Familiarity with radiology, imaging IT, or related healthcare ecosystems.
  • Existing relationships with health system and radiology group executives in the West.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Salary: $400,000–$450,000 annually.
