Hardware Support & Test Intern
Hardware engineering intern who will troubleshoot customer field units, analyze sensor and diagnostic data, support prototype testing, and build software or AI tools for hardware failure diagnosis. Candidates should be pursuing or have recently completed a mechanical or electrical engineering bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot field issues by analyzing unit data, speaking with customers as needed, and working with engineering to identify root causes and corrective actions.
- Support product development teams with prototyping and testing.
- Build software and AI tools to facilitate diagnosis of hardware failures.
Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with mechanical, electrical, and software systems.
- Familiarity with interpreting data and sensor readings.
- Familiarity with root cause analysis, design of experiments (DOE), and quality measurement techniques.
- Pursuing or recently completed a BS in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
Compensation
- Annual salary: $62,400–$72,800.
