Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders at mid-market customers and serve as the primary contact for inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
- Develop product expertise and help customers use Linear to achieve business outcomes.
- Lead customer onboarding and training on Linear features and best practices.
- Expand product usage and adoption within customer accounts.
- Advocate for customer needs internally and collaborate with product, sales, and support teams to address challenges and drive product improvements.
Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant experience in a technical customer-facing role.
- Experience with SaaS and startups.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, flexible environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
