About the role
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in strategic finance, business operations, FP&A, or related roles
2+ years of dedicated experience specifically within a Deal Desk or Commercial Operations function
Proven experience informing growth or go-to-market strategy through financial analysis
Experience building and owning scenario-based topline forecasts
Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including financial modeling and scenario analysis
Ability to clearly communicate financial insights and recommendations to non-finance stakeholders and executive audiences
Direct healthcare experience or relevant consulting experience with a healthcare focus
Preferred Qualifications
Strong understanding of unit economics, including LTV, CAC, payback analysis, and cohort analyses
Background in a high-growth or scaling company
Experience in a healthcare services or marketplace businesses
Prior experience in Investment Banking, Private equity, or Consulting
Experience partnering closely with Marketing, Revenue Operations, or GTM teams
