Personal Trainer
Provides individualized, onsite personal training and wellness coaching for company employees, covering strength, conditioning, mobility, recovery, and healthy habits. The role requires recognized personal-training certification, current CPR/AED credentials, strong 1:1 coaching experience, and disciplined documentation.

Responsibilities
- Run 1:1 training sessions with team members onsite on a consistent daily schedule.
- Design individualized programs covering strength, conditioning, mobility, and recovery.
- Assess new participants and re-assess them regularly, adjusting programs based on data.
- Maintain timely session notes and progress records within scheduled hours.
- Coach habits related to sleep, movement, stress, and recovery.
- Help shape the program’s structure and cadence as participation grows.
Requirements
- Certification from NASM, ACSM, NSCA, ACE, or an equivalent organization.
- Current CPR/AED certification.
- 1:1 coaching experience with people of varied ages, abilities, and goals.
- Ability to work with high-performing, time-constrained professionals and maintain accountability.
- Strong documentation and time-management discipline.
- Comfort working onsite and in person.

- Corrective exercise, mobility, or recovery specialization.
