Responsibilities
- Serve as a key analytical partner to the Marketing organization.
- Contribute to how Marketing understands its performance.
- Support data-informed decision making across campaigns and channels.
- Help shape the data foundations that underpin AI and automation capabilities.
- Partner closely with Growth Marketing, Corporate Marketing, Revenue Operations, Finance, and Data Engineering.
- Provide strategic thinking, deep marketing expertise, and turn complex data into clear recommendations.
- Work on attribution, funnel measurement, forecasting, and lifecycle analysis.
- Contribute to building data foundations and analytical standards for Marketing and broader AI capabilities.
- Apply AI in Marketing analytics, including Generative BI and AI-assisted workflows for forecasting, anomaly detection, and insight generation.
- Collaborate cross-functionally across Marketing, Finance, RevOps, Product, and Data teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years in marketing analytics and data strategy within complex B2B SaaS environments.
- Strong marketing domain expertise, including attribution, funnel analysis, forecasting, KPI development, and lifecycle measurement.
- Experience partnering with marketing stakeholders and translating business questions into analytical frameworks.
- Familiarity with attribution and funnel measurement methodologies.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted analytics, statistical modeling, or predictive techniques in a business context.
- Advanced SQL and strong experience with large-scale analytical datasets.
- Hands-on experience with modern AI/BI tools (Hex, Omni, Claude, Dust, or similar).
- Comfort in modern cloud data ecosystems: Snowflake, Databricks, dbt.
- Experience working with Marketing and GTM platforms: Salesforce, Marketo, GA4, and related martech.

Compensation
USA-based roles only: The annual base salary for this role is between $105,000 USD and $147,000 USD, plus benefits, PTO, equity grant, and incentive programs where applicable.
Canada-based roles only: The annual base salary for this role is between $122,000 CAD and $171,000 CAD, plus benefits, PTO, equity grant, and incentive programs where applicable.
Compensation is based on fair market value and internal equity commensurate with experience and skill set.
