About the role

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Sales on pre-sales expansion design, including deployment, adoption, and expansion paths.
  • Partner with the Forward Deployed Engineering team on customer onboarding and successful go-live.
  • Drive activation and adoption across builders, business users, and administrators after go-live.
  • Identify and leverage relevant datasets, including use cases and product usage, to quantify customer value.
  • Package and present Superblocks insights and value to C-level executives, end users, and builders.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic customers and develop high-touch relationships.
  • Prioritize customer product requirements and collaborate with Product to influence the roadmap.
  • Remain embedded with customers to identify expansion opportunities proactively.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing, strategic, or technical role such as deployment strategy, program management, or management consulting.
  • Ability to investigate underlying data and independently build prototypes, ship fixes, or create plans.
  • Strong emotional intelligence and ability to manage difficult conversations and trade-offs with senior executives.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and lead cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity without an established playbook.
  • Strong product sense and user empathy, particularly when balancing AI capabilities with enterprise requirements.
  • Willingness to work in an intensive, high-commitment environment.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Full-time, in-office role based at the company's New York City headquarters.
  • Travel required 50% or more.
