Senior Software Engineer building and operating highly distributed Network Services systems, including networking dataplanes, control planes, and data pipelines. Requires systems programming expertise in Go or Rust and strong knowledge of L3/L4 networking and Linux kernel primitives.

Responsibilities
- Build, deploy, and operate Network Services systems on a large-scale edge network.
- Deliver new features, improve performance, and increase scalability of network products.
- Own solutions end to end, including design, development, and deployment.
- Partner across engineering and product teams to solve complex customer networking problems.
- Establish clear, sustainable solutions across teams.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Experience building and shipping large-scale, reliable, highly distributed systems.
- Systems-level programming experience, especially with Go and Rust.
- Expertise in Layer 3 and Layer 4 networking protocols.
- Experience with Linux kernel networking primitives, including netfilter, nftables, eBPF, tc, and network namespaces.
- Experience designing and integrating RESTful APIs and backend systems.
- Experience with large-scale distributed data pipelines, including data structuring, efficient querying, and data analysis.
- Excellent debugging and optimization skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to solve complex customer problems.
- Creative, collaborative, open-minded problem-solving approach.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
