About the role
Responsibilities
Align all functions to achieve objectives set by the Director, US West.
Drive regular business operation meetings and lead weekly meetings with cross-functional project teams (field & online operations, marketing, product, legal) to ensure key initiatives are on track.
Analyze macro and micro trends, present analysis, insights, and actionable plans to leadership to drive business decisions.
Support the Director, US West and senior leaders on key strategic projects; lead and implement ad-hoc operational and strategic projects, including coordination across local, regional, and global teams.
Own the conception, execution, and measurement of cross-functional initiatives end-to-end across demand, supply, and regulatory surfaces. This includes defining problem statements, articulating solutions, identifying dependencies, and collaborating with stakeholders.
Requirements
10+ years of work experience, preferably with combined exposure to data-modeling, analytics, and project management in a dynamic entrepreneurial environment.
World-class written and verbal communication skills; ability to present at all levels of an organization succinctly, clearly, and eloquently.
Proven track record of influencing and rallying diverse cross-functional stakeholders using qualitative and quantitative insights.
Ability to dive into details for execution while zooming out to contextualize recommendations within broader company strategy.
Strong multi-tasking skills; ability to prioritize work and coordinate support across functions to achieve goals.
Impeccable organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to document processes and decisions.
Experience implementing and scaling initiatives across globally dispersed teams.
Experience working cross-functionally with multiple departments.
Hands-on approach with a bias for getting things done quickly.
Comfort manipulating large datasets in Excel (required); SQL proficiency strongly preferred.

Compensation
Base pay range: $168,000 - $203,000 USD.
Eligible for bonus, equity, benefits, and Employee Travel Credits.
