Principal Solutions Consultant
Provides executive-level technical leadership for enterprise customers across the US, advising on digital operations, resilience, automation, and cloud transformation. The role requires 15+ years of technical leadership or architecture experience, deep expertise across multiple operations domains, and the ability to influence C-level stakeholders and complex sales cycles.

Responsibilities
- Advise customer CTOs and CIOs on digital transformation and operationalizing the PagerDuty Operations Cloud.
- Represent PagerDuty as a thought leader at industry events and through digital content, white papers, and media.
- Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to represent US market requirements in the product roadmap.
- Provide architectural oversight and executive presence for complex enterprise opportunities.
- Foster a community of DevOps and SRE leaders around operational excellence, incident response, and ethical AI in operations.
- Monitor competitive developments, market shifts, and technical trends.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in technical leadership, solutions architecture, or product management in SaaS, DevOps, or cloud infrastructure.
- Experience engaging and influencing C-level executives at Fortune 500 or equivalent enterprises.
- Ability to support and influence sales cycles and understand customer buying journeys.
- Deep expertise in at least three of: Incident Management, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), AIOps, cloud-native architectures, ITSM/ITIL, and cybersecurity incident response.
- Exceptional public speaking and written communication skills.
- Ability to travel across the US and occasionally overseas.
Nice-to-haves
- Active involvement in the technology community through mentorship, open-source contributions, or advisory or board positions.
- Experience with US financial-services or government regulatory requirements, including FedRAMP, related to cloud resiliency.
