Product Manager, Enterprise
Own end-to-end enterprise readiness product at Baseten, turning security, compliance, deployment, identity, and billing requirements from deal-by-deal exceptions into supported, priced platform capabilities for regulated AI customers. Requires 8+ years PM experience shipping B2B infrastructure products.
About the job
Responsibilities
- Drive the Enterprise Readiness customer experience end to end: Partner with GTM and Enterprise Engineering to make "enterprise-ready" a platform-wide capability, not a deal-by-deal scramble. Outcome: readiness becomes a supported, priced product instead of bespoke work assembled per deal.
- Product Vision and Roadmap: See around the curve on what regulated customers will require — deployment models, compliance posture, identity and access, billing and spend controls — and build ahead of the need. Outcome: one prioritized roadmap and operational rigor that help us get ahead of customer requirements instead of reacting to them.
- Be the Enterprise customer voice: Turn deal-blocking requirements from sales and FDE into product. Outcome: the steady stream of one-off exceptions becomes a smaller set of sellable, supported capabilities.
Requirements
- 8+ years in product management, with real depth in enterprise or B2B infrastructure — security, compliance, identity, networking, or billing.
- Shipped enterprise readiness surface - multi-cloud and multi-region deployments, SSO/RBAC, SOC 2/HIPAA, VPC/PrivateLink, usage-based billing and can publicly point to the products you’ve shipped.
- Credible in the room with security, compliance, and procurement buyers and with the engineers who build it.
- Think in supported, priced products - not per-deal exceptions - and know the difference between a feature and a sellable capability.
- Rigorous researcher who lets customer and deal reality drive the call, and a relentless shipper.
Nice-to-Haves
- ML infrastructure experience.
- Sold into or built for regulated industries (healthcare, financial services, government).
Compensation
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity (ATS range: $180,000 - $330,000).
