About the role
Responsibilities
Drive the Enterprise Readiness customer experience end to end: Partner with GTM and Enterprise Engineering to make "enterprise-ready" a platform-wide capability, not a deal-by-deal scramble. Outcome: readiness becomes a supported, priced product instead of bespoke work assembled per deal.
Product Vision and Roadmap: See around the curve on what regulated customers will require — deployment models, compliance posture, identity and access, billing and spend controls — and build ahead of the need. Outcome: one prioritized roadmap and operational rigor that help us get ahead of customer requirements instead of reacting to them.
Be the Enterprise customer voice: Turn deal-blocking requirements from sales and FDE into product. Outcome: the steady stream of one-off exceptions becomes a smaller set of sellable, supported capabilities.
Requirements
8+ years in product management, with real depth in enterprise or B2B infrastructure — security, compliance, identity, networking, or billing.
Shipped enterprise readiness surface - multi-cloud and multi-region deployments, SSO/RBAC, SOC 2/HIPAA, VPC/PrivateLink, usage-based billing and can publicly point to the products you’ve shipped.
Credible in the room with security, compliance, and procurement buyers and with the engineers who build it.
Think in supported, priced products - not per-deal exceptions - and know the difference between a feature and a sellable capability.
Rigorous researcher who lets customer and deal reality drive the call, and a relentless shipper.
