About the role

Responsibilities

  • Create social media content including posts, polls, native carousels, short-form video, multi-image posts, PDFs, infographics, and other high-performing formats across LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram
  • Engage and grow customer and partner communities on social platforms
  • Identify emerging trends and drive social-first pilots and experiments with new content types
  • Contribute to and execute overarching social media strategy including always-on content, community engagement, and influencer programs
  • Create and publish monthly content calendars and bi-monthly planning with cross-team input
  • Drive social campaigns and marketing initiatives including macro/micro-influencer programs aligned with product launches
  • Drive internal comms social sharing
  • Execute and report on integrated brand campaigns, working cross-functionally with GTM teams
  • Collaborate with demand generation and paid social teams on organic social campaigns
  • Analyze social media performance, share insights, and suggest improvements
  • Maintain understanding of social media metrics, data analysis, and industry benchmarks

Requirements

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience creating compelling social content across LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram
  • Deep understanding of key social networks, platform nuances, and algorithm performance
  • Proficiency in content creation and video editing tools, including AI-powered tools
  • Strong eye for design across static and video formats
  • Track record of success in social media community engagement, growth strategies, campaigns, influencer marketing, and content strategy
  • Ability to use data and analytics to develop, measure, and optimize content programs
  • Experience managing and executing social programs with near-full autonomy
  • Strong sense of initiative and collaborative spirit

Compensation & Benefits

  • Target base salary: $120,000-$147,000 plus bonus potential
