About the role
Responsibilities
Produce high volume, platform native social content from concept through shoot, edit, and publish with a focus on short form video
Execute creator style, trend aware content optimized for engagement, retention, and shareability across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
Generate and iterate on content ideas quickly based on trends, performance data, and audience feedback
Collaborate cross functionally with Social, Brand, and Growth teams to support campaigns, product storytelling, and paid creative needs
Continuously test formats, hooks, and storytelling approaches to improve performance and scale winning content
Requirements
5+ years of experience producing social first content in a fast paced, consumer facing environment
Strong hands on skills in video production, editing, and mobile first content creation tools
Deep understanding of social platforms, trends, and creator best practices across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
Proven ability to create content that drives engagement, retention, and shareability
Ability to move quickly, iterate, and manage multiple content streams simultaneously
