About the role

Responsibilities

Enterprise Deal Playbook & Buyer Enablement

  • Build the enterprise deal playbook and full bill of materials, including pricing guides, one-pagers, TCO/ROI guides, landing pages, and event and field collateral mapped to every stage of the buyer journey.
  • Create a system for keeping sales assets current, with clear ownership, last-updated dates, and a refresh cadence.
  • Develop industry-specific event concepts featuring anchor customers and AI-native accounts to build credibility with target executive audiences.

Vertical GTM & Industry Go-to-Market Kits

  • Build vertical sales kits and ICP and positioning frameworks for priority industries.
  • Own industry-specific landing pages, messaging, and TCO guides for larger enterprise targets.
  • Design and help launch ABM experiments in partnership with demand generation.

Industries AE Enablement & Onboarding

  • Design role-specific onboarding for Industries AEs, including certifications, customer-grounded scenarios, and refreshable asynchronous content.
  • Build sales playbooks tied to real customer examples and package assets into an AE-ready enablement motion covering first calls, competitive deals, legal/finance/procurement, TCO/ROI, and self-hosted deployments.
  • Partner with the industries team to keep onboarding and enablement grounded in sellers' needs.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in product marketing, solutions marketing, or a related go-to-market function, ideally at a technical or infrastructure company.
  • Experience building enterprise or vertical go-to-market motions, including ICP definition, buyer journey mapping, and full-funnel sales collateral.
  • Ability to translate technical infrastructure concepts such as inference, self-hosted deployment, and TCO/ROI into narratives for technical buyers and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Track record designing and running sales enablement or onboarding programs for technical sellers.
  • Strong cross-functional coordination skills across sales, customer marketing, demand generation, and executive teams.
  • Comfortable owning both strategy and execution, including landing pages, decks, one-pagers, and written content.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and build an enterprise motion from a blank slate.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in, or ability to quickly learn, financial services, manufacturing/industrial, or health/life sciences.
  • Experience running or contributing to a Customer Advisory Board or executive champion program.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML infrastructure, inference, or developer tools.
  • Experience partnering with technology partners on co-marketing or joint events.
