Enterprise Account Executive, System Integrators
Owns enterprise revenue through Japan’s system integrator ecosystem by developing strategic partnerships, co-selling motions, and enablement programs. Requires 8+ years of enterprise sales or partner management experience in Japan, strong SIer relationships, and fluency in Japanese and English.

Responsibilities
- Own and grow revenue generated through system integrator (SIer) channels by developing joint go-to-market strategies, co-selling motions, and partner enablement programs.
- Build and execute partner territory plans across tier-1 and regional SIers in IT consulting, systems integration, and managed services.
- Engage senior SIer leadership, including practice heads, solution architects, pre-sales directors, and partner managers, to build technical confidence and commercial alignment for enterprise deals.
- Coordinate Product, Engineering, Applied AI, Partnerships, and Marketing teams to deliver enablement resources, joint solution frameworks, and go-to-market collateral.
- Serve as the primary escalation and support point for SIer partners throughout complex enterprise opportunities and the sales cycle.
Requirements
- 8+ years of enterprise sales or partner management experience in Japan.
- Significant experience working with or selling through technology-sector system integrators.
- Deep understanding of Japan’s SIer ecosystem, including vendor partnership evaluation, sourcing, commitments, and enterprise solution structuring.
- Track record of building trusted SIer relationships and driving channel revenue.
- Ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments involving SIer leadership, end customers, and internal business objectives.
- Experience developing and executing partner enablement programs, including technical training, sales toolkits, and co-marketing initiatives.
- Strategic and analytical approach to prioritizing partnerships, combined with relationship-focused execution.
- Passion for or experience with advanced AI systems and their safe, responsible development.
- Excellent communication skills in Japanese and English.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
