About the role

What You Will Do

  • Identify and engage senior-level Talent Acquisition, HR, and People Operations leaders at Enterprise and Strategic organizations (1,000+ employees), building a robust sales pipeline exclusively for Strategic Account Executives.
  • Research, develop, and execute a strategic outbound sales plan by mapping out targeted enterprise and strategic accounts and driving opportunities within the Talent Solutions space.
  • Educate prospective leads on ZoomInfo's Talent Solutions suite, focusing on how our products solve real pain points within their Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, and HR teams.
  • Help prospects understand the business impact ZoomInfo Talent Solutions can deliver — from sourcing top candidates to streamlining recruiting workflows — ensuring your conversations are rooted in their specific hiring challenges and workforce goals.
  • Establish strong, trusting relationships with both internal team members and external stakeholders, building confidence in the value ZoomInfo Talent Solutions brings to enterprise recruiting organizations.

What You Bring

  • 1+ year of outbound sales or business development experience, demonstrating a strong ability to uncover opportunities and engage senior decision makers — experience in HR tech, recruiting technology, or talent solutions is a plus.
  • Demonstrated skill in communicating in a concise and compelling way to senior-level Talent Acquisition and HR executives across large, complex organizations.
  • The ability to assess prospects' talent and recruiting needs, personalize your outreach, and uncover high-probability opportunities that align with their hiring challenges and workforce strategies.
  • Experience creating, executing, and maintaining a well-structured prospecting plan targeting enterprise and strategic accounts that drives measurable results.
  • An eagerness to understand talent market trends, candidate sourcing challenges, and organizational hiring changes to improve the effectiveness of your outreach.
  • A genuine enthusiasm for phone-based outreach, with a willingness and confidence to engage senior-level executives through cold calling as a primary prospecting tool.
  • Experience with go-to-market (GTM) technologies like Salesforce, Outreach, and ZoomInfo is a plus.
  • Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, always thinking of new ways to drive engagement and pipeline within the enterprise talent space.

Base pay: $65,000 per year (paid hourly) with on-target earnings of $105,800 (uncapped commission).
