Senior Enterprise Sales Manager | Housing
Leads enterprise sales team for housing SaaS platform, driving new business and expansions with property management companies. Requires 4+ years sales management experience in enterprise B2B SaaS and onsite office presence.

Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive success of the Enterprise housing segment.
- Lead, mentor, and develop an Enterprise sales team using challenger methodology.
- Partner with AEs to drive adoption with C-Suite, VPs, and Directors.
- Support AEs across the full sales cycle: prospecting, outreach, demos, negotiations, and expansions.
- Hire, onboard, train, and performance-manage the Enterprise team.
- Attend industry conferences to expand EliseAI's U.S. presence.
- Deeply understand Enterprise pain points and champion solutions with Product and Engineering.
- Run weekly pipeline reviews, business reviews, team meetings, and 1:1s.
- Partner with Sales Ops and Marketing to build playbooks, processes, and scripts for scale.
- Deliver accurate forecasting, reporting, and performance metrics.
Requirements
- 3+ years B2B SaaS quota carrying sales experience in the enterprise segment or higher
- 4+ years of B2B SaaS quota carrying sales management experience in the enterprise segment or higher
- Experience managing an average deal size of at least $100,000 and up to $1m
- Demonstrated experience in consistently meeting and exceeding sales quotas
- Experience in managing complex enterprise consultative sales processes (multi-threading, procurement, etc.)
- Willingness to work in person at our office 4–5 days a week
Compensation
- Estimated OTE: $350,000-$400,000 (base salary, equity, comprehensive benefits & perks, bonus)
