Technical Account Manager, Mid-Market
Serve as the primary technical point of contact for mid-market customers, owning onboarding, adoption, retention, and expansion while collaborating with Sales and Engineering.
Upsell Brex's banking products (checking, treasury, sweep) to existing customers, partnering with executives to drive revenue and AUM growth. Requires 3+ years outbound sales in fintech/financial services, quota experience, and bachelor's degree.
As a Banking Specialist on our newly formed Banking Team, you will partner directly with Founders, Co-Founders, C-Suite Executives, VPs of Finance, and Controllers to generate net-new revenue by optimizing adoption of our business account suite of products. You will work closely with customers to upsell checking, treasury, and sweep products to increase total AUM for Brex.
You will work with all sizes of companies, from small startups to large mid-market and enterprise customers.
The expected OTE range for this role is USD $132,888 - $166,110. The starting wage will depend on a number of factors including the candidate’s location, skills, experience, market demands, and internal pay parity. The OTE figure listed here includes base salary and commissions, which may or may not be earned depending on performance. Depending on the position offered, equity and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package.

Own end-to-end customer relationships for Tennr's healthcare AI platform. Drive adoption, change management, ROI quantification, renewals, and expansion while partnering cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Operations to deliver operational impact for healthcare providers. Requires 3+ years in healthcare consulting or account management, strong analytical and executive communication skills.
As a Channel Account Manager, you will drive partner-driven revenue by recruiting, enabling, and managing a community of partners. You will own pipeline and revenue targets, build joint business plans, and activate partners through enablement and co-selling activities.
