Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute product strategy focused on acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization of Claude.
  • Lead ideation, development, and launch of growth-driving features across the product suite.
  • Analyze product metrics and user feedback to identify opportunities and optimize performance.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams on high-impact growth initiatives.
  • Conduct user research to understand customer needs and pain points.
  • Define and track KPIs for growth initiatives.
  • Balance rapid iteration with AI safety and ethics.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical skills, including experience with A/B testing and funnel optimization.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
  • Passion for AI technology and its societal impact.
  • Technical background or ability to work effectively with engineering teams.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • 6–10 years of product management experience, primarily in growth-focused roles.

  • Founder experience.
  • Growth experience with mass-scale B2C products, especially subscription businesses.
  • Experience with product-led growth in business and enterprise contexts.

Compensation

  • Annual salary: $385,000–$460,000 USD.
