Design and implement an AI-powered customer engagement platform that delivers personalized, 1:1-quality engagement using product telemetry, usage patterns, business value, and maturity signals.
Build and iterate on predictive customer scoring models, including churn prediction and momentum scoring; backtest results and share findings with leadership.
Use data science and AI-assisted segmentation to identify risk, growth, and migration-readiness cohorts.
Build trigger-based systems that surface relevant offers, including upsell, services, and migration assistance.
Create AI-driven workflows that communicate realized ROI and peer benchmarks to Economic Buyers.
Connect CRM, marketing automation, product analytics, and support platforms for seamless data flow.
Track program and application effectiveness, iterate based on feedback and outcomes, and rapidly prototype tools with Retool's AI app generation.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or technical field, or equivalent experience.
3–5 years of experience in GTM engineering, marketing operations, or similar functions building data-driven customer engagement systems in B2B SaaS.
Proficiency with AI-assisted development, including prompt engineering, code generation, and LLM-based automation.
Working knowledge of Python, SQL, and JavaScript.
Experience evaluating, iterating on, and building models from scratch.
Hands-on experience with CRM, marketing automation, and product analytics platforms, including nurture sequences and dynamic content logic.
Experience building customer health, propensity, or momentum scoring models and translating them into automated workflows.
Familiarity with A/B testing and applied statistics.
Strong understanding of SaaS metrics such as NRR, expansion, and churn.
Ability to work independently, communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders, and thrive in ambiguity.
Compensation & Benefits
Base pay range: $151,704–$224,400 per year.
Additional equity and/or commission may be provided depending on the position.
