About the role

Responsibilities

  • Transform the complicated world of health insurance into clear concepts that lead to an effective renewal experience for Rippling clients.
  • Coordinate both externally with carriers and internally with operations and implementation teams.
  • Fully own mid-year plan changes and client consultations from quoting to installation.
  • Strategically identify opportunities for Rippling clients to add additional lines of coverage at their renewal.
  • Assist PEO clients with their annual insurance renewal.

Requirements

  • Two or more years in a consultative account management role.
  • Well versed in the group health insurance space.
  • Excellent client-facing communication skills, in both verbal and written form.
  • Collaborative spirit with a track record of success.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a high velocity, fast paced environment.
  • An active Life, Accident & Health license.
