Customer Success Manager, EMEA
Manages renewals, adoption, expansions, and customer relationships across a shared EMEA account portfolio. Requires at least two years of SaaS/B2B customer success or sales experience, fluency in English and Slovenian, and comfort demonstrating technical products.

Responsibilities
- Manage renewal strategy and execution across a shared book of European customer accounts.
- Identify usage trends and lead early interventions when risk is detected.
- Recommend and coordinate cross-product expansions that address customer needs.
- Capture customer feedback to influence product strategy and roadmap.
- Collaborate with Sales, Support, and Product teams to deliver a strong customer experience.
- Lead customer demonstrations and assist with contract negotiations.
- Maintain accurate pipeline data and attention to detail in Salesforce.
Requirements
- 2+ years of SaaS or B2B customer success or sales experience.
- English and Slovenian proficiency, both spoken and written.
- Experience assisting with or leading customer demonstrations and contract negotiations.
- Ability to understand technical products and communicate their value through demonstrations.
- Skilled discovery abilities, including uncovering customer opportunities.
- Comfortable working with Salesforce, Slack, and Microsoft Office.
Nice to Have
- French or Italian proficiency, both spoken and written.
- Curiosity about products and how they support systems administrators.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build authentic business relationships.
