Own customer strategy and lifecycle growth for an AI marketing platform, guiding self-serve and mid-market customers from onboarding through expansion and renewal. Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic advisor to customers’ marketing teams, learning their goals and embedding in their workflows.
- Map growth priorities to actionable product use cases.
- Expand product adoption across marketing, sales, revenue operations, and customer experience teams.
- Build systems for assessing customer health using behavior, feature adoption, and marketing performance.
- Develop intervention plans for at-risk accounts.
- Onboard customers quickly and guide them to their first product “aha” moment.
- Co-create marketing plays, uncover new use cases, and help customers stay ahead of competitors.
- Drive ongoing adoption, account expansion, renewals, and referrals.
- Develop customer case studies.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Design to communicate customer feedback and influence the roadmap.
- Design scalable frameworks, playbooks, and programs for future enterprise customers.
Requirements
- 4+ years of customer-facing experience, ideally in an agency setting close to marketing.
- AI fluency.
- Willingness to learn the marketing technology stack, including CMS, SEO, landing pages, and lifecycle email.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Ability to understand product issues, investigate them, and route actionable feedback to Engineering.
- Located in or willing to relocate to San Francisco.
- Comfortable working in person from the office.
