Responsibilities
- Translate product requirements into technical designs and implementation plans.
- Build and run backend microservices and REST APIs for the observability platform.
- Analyze and resolve performance and scalability issues in distributed systems on confidential computing.
- Design and evolve database architecture for scalable, reliable data access.
- Conduct code reviews and maintain strong standards for code quality, stability, and security.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Proficiency building backend systems in Rust.
- Strong backend experience with distributed systems, microservices, and REST APIs.
- Understanding of observability concepts, including monitoring, logging, and distributed tracing.
- Experience with database architecture, scaling, and optimization.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Familiarity with CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Clear communication and effective problem-solving skills.
