Responsibilities
- Support product and data engineers with tooling and the internal developer platform.
- Monitor system health and triage signals.
- Participate in troubleshooting and applying fixes for outages with the platform engineering team.
- Participate in postmortems, systems analysis, and architectural reviews.
- Ask questions and contribute to improving platform reliability.
Requirements
- Curiosity about technology, how systems work, and how they interact with people.
- Strong drive to investigate problems deeply and form an accurate understanding of system behavior.
- Willingness to learn from mistakes and failures.
- Ability to think creatively when obvious approaches are unsuitable.
- Must be based in the United States.
