About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of 12 sales representatives to achieve and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets.
  • Lead by example through phone engagement, product demonstrations, and crafting and refining sales messaging.
  • Use data to identify skill-development needs and team initiatives, track and report sales effectiveness against targets, and adjust programs and strategies.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to refine lead targeting, messaging, lead qualification, and opportunity handoff.
  • Build a culture of fun and excellence while developing individual skills and guiding career paths.
  • Ensure effective use of Salesforce and other sales tools.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of people-management experience in a sales environment.
  • At least 1 year of experience working for a company providing software-as-a-service solutions.
  • Experience with high-volume, high-velocity sales teams.
  • Track record of establishing and exceeding measurable goals.
  • Experience with startup environments or SaaS sales models.
  • Salesforce experience required.

Nice to Have

  • Experience leading a team of sellers managing a book of business.
  • Familiarity with the Sandler sales methodology.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Cash compensation ranges from $127,000 OTE to $165,226 OTE per year in Phoenix, Denver, and most remote locations.
  • Compensation has a 60/40 split between base salary and commission.
  • Full-time employees receive competitive base pay, benefits, and equity in the form of RSUs.
  • Offer amounts vary based on role, level, location, experience, and expertise.
