Responsibilities
- Define KPIs and measurement frameworks across SEO landing pages, content hubs, app store listings, and audiences.
- Size and scope organic growth initiatives with marketing, product, engineering, and finance, translating acquisition goals into expected traffic, conversion, member volume, and required investment.
- Build and maintain forecasting models for impressions, sessions, installs, signups, and downstream LTV under varying investment, seasonality, ranking, and algorithm scenarios.
- Develop attribution approaches reconciling Google Search Console, App Store Connect, Google Play Console, web analytics, and app analytics with observed member behavior.
- Design and analyze SEO split tests, app store listing experiments, geo experiments, and paid search holdouts to measure incremental lift, cannibalization, and impact.
- Build dashboards covering rankings, impression share, traffic, funnel conversion, blended CAC, and downstream LTV.
- Collaborate with Data Engineering to improve tracking, data quality, and data pipelines.
- Translate analyses into actionable recommendations for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in organic growth channels such as SEO, ASO, and content, and in marketing, growth, or product analytics.
- Experience with organic growth planning and opportunity sizing.
- Experience forecasting marketing or growth channels and communicating uncertainty and scenario sensitivity.
- Strong experience designing and evaluating incrementality tests.
- Working knowledge of causal inference, experiment design, holdout analysis, and cannibalization analysis.
- Advanced SQL skills and proficiency in Python or R.
- Experience with Google Search Console, App Store Connect, Google Play Console, and third-party rank-tracking or crawl tools.
- Experience building decision-support dashboards with Looker, Tableau, or similar BI tools.
- Understanding of attribution in privacy-constrained, cross-device environments.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-influence skills.

Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary: $133,000–$185,000 annually.
- Eligible for bonus, competitive equity, and benefits.
