Responsibilities
- Design, build, ship, and maintain customer-facing workflows and agentic automations.
- Own features end-to-end, from technical design through implementation, testing, launch, and iteration.
- Collaborate with Product, UX, ML, and Sales teams to validate requirements and prototype quickly.
- Work closely with customers in the finance domain.
- Build custom interfaces that integrate with financial data sources and existing enterprise tools.
- Extend core agentic platform capabilities to support finance-specific requirements, reliability, security, and auditability.
- Develop collaborative workspaces with role-based access control (RBAC) and data isolation.
- Make technical decisions balancing speed, quality, and user needs while aligning with the product roadmap.
- Use AI actively while remaining accountable for the quality and reliability of shipped systems.
Requirements
- Experience in full-stack product engineering.
- Experience building, shipping, and operating production software used by thousands of users.
- Strong product judgment and attention to detail.
- Ability to execute in fast-paced environments with changing priorities.
- High agency, rapid learning, and the ability to drive change independently.
- Ability to identify, troubleshoot, and fix issues across system boundaries.
- Ability to document and track architectural proposals and technical decisions.
- Excitement about using AI while remaining accountable for systems built.
- Experience integrating AI agents into structured day-to-day workflows.

Compensation and Benefits
- Candidates based in California, New York, or Washington States: $180,000–$260,000 USD.
- Candidates based elsewhere in the United States: $150,000–$220,000 USD.
- Candidates in Canada: $215,000–$310,000 CAD.
- Weekly lunch stipend of $75/£75 or equivalent in local currency.
