Responsibilities
- Develop a foundational understanding of products, services, and features to assist customers effectively.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, providing accurate information and resources.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot customer issues under the guidance of senior team members, escalating complex issues to appropriate departments.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved and customers are satisfied.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions using internal tools.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and continuous learning initiatives.
- Engage in comprehensive training, seek feedback, and improve performance and professional skills.
