What You'll Do
Own the NYC office end-to-end: space, supplies, equipment, mail, access, security, and IT coordination
Be the first point of contact for anything office-related - if something's broken or missing, fix it before anyone notices
Manage and negotiate vendor relationships: cleaning, catering, snacks, plants, maintenance, AV, and co-working memberships
Maintain office budgets, track spend, and report monthly to Ops leadership
Plan and execute internal events: team offsites, all-hands logistics, happy hours, celebrations, and onboarding days
Own the guest experience - investors, candidates, and partners should walk in and immediately understand what Polymarket is about
Support People Ops on culture initiatives: swag, welcome kits, anniversary recognition, and seasonal programming
Lead the office expansion/design project: work with architects, designers, and contractors to build out our new space
Manage the move timeline, vendor selection, permitting, furniture procurement, and budget
