What You’ll Do
- Drive end-to-end product experiences, taking ideas from spark to polished release.
- Work hand-in-hand with engineers, and AI researchers to convert business goals into user-centered designs.
- Evolve and maintain our design system, ensuring a unified, scalable visual language.
- Run user research to surface pain points and opportunities, feeding insights back into design choices.
- Build prototypes that explore and validate new features, flows, and interactions.
- Uphold a high design bar, steering the team toward thoughtful, deliberate decisions at every turn.
What You Have
- Experience crafting products in fast-moving settings, backed by a portfolio showcasing your strongest work.
- A knack for unraveling complex challenges and distilling them into clear, intuitive experiences.
- Deep experience with design systems and a keen eye for visual and interaction craft.
- A track record of user research and applying those findings to design.
- Top-notch communication and storytelling skills to convey design ideas and reasoning.
