Senior Financial Analyst
The Senior Financial Analyst will own reporting, planning, forecasting, and financial modeling while partnering with functional leaders to guide budgets and business decisions. The role requires 2–4 years of finance experience, advanced Excel and modeling skills, and strong cross-functional communication.

Responsibilities
- Own core financial reporting processes, including monthly executive and departmental reports.
- Support quarterly investor reports, materials, and presentations to the Board of Directors.
- Partner with functional leaders on performance analysis, budgets, headcount, tradeoffs, and financial operations.
- Improve and automate recurring financial processes to reduce manual work and support scalability.
- Provide actionable financial insights to executives and functional leaders.
- Own department-level planning and consolidation while supporting annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting.
- Collaborate with Accounting, People, Operations, and other stakeholders to align forecasts, systems, data, and reporting with business needs.
- Maintain and evolve the financial model, updating actuals, assumptions, and operational drivers.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of finance experience in FP&A, investment banking, consulting, or a related field, including exposure to corporate finance or FP&A.
- Strong Excel and financial modeling skills, including the ability to build and maintain complex models.
- Experience creating recurring reports and presenting insights to business leaders.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with operators and accounting teams.
- Ability to own processes independently, manage ambiguity, and collaborate effectively.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in healthcare, value-based care, or multi-entity environments.
- Exposure to fundraising, investor reporting, or complex partnerships.
Compensation
- Base salary: $108,000–$120,000.
- Total compensation also includes equity, benefits, and other opportunities.
