Founding Customer Success Manager
The Founding Customer Success Manager will own onboarding, adoption, renewals, and expansion while helping creative teams integrate Krea into their workflows. The role requires customer success or account management experience, commercial judgment, strong communication, and comfort in an early-stage environment.

Responsibilities
- Own post-sale customer success, including onboarding, adoption, renewals, and expansion.
- Help customers integrate Krea into creative workflows and daily work.
- Drive product adoption across core customer profiles.
- Communicate new feature and product updates.
- Track usage and customer signals to help customers gain more value.
- Identify expansion opportunities and own the renewal process end-to-end, from forecasting risk through closing.
- Program-manage webinars and workshops with creative leads, from content planning through execution.
- Share customer feedback with product and marketing teams and help shape the product.
Requirements
- Experience in Customer Success or Account Management.
- Commercial mindset with a track record of renewing and growing customer accounts.
- Product-focused mindset with experience in onboarding and implementation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, ownership-driven attitude and comfort working in an early-stage environment.

- Creative background, such as account management at a creative agency or work at a startup serving designers, artists, or studios.
