Responsibilities
- Talk with customers, understand their workflows, and identify problems worth solving.
- Define product direction, write specifications, design interfaces, make tradeoffs, and focus scope for rapid delivery.
- Build and ship production features using TypeScript and React.
- Use AI coding tools while understanding, reviewing, debugging, and testing released code.
- Monitor customer usage, investigate failures, and improve the product experience.
- Maintain shipped systems, fix bugs, handle edge cases, and improve code maintainability.
- Collaborate on work involving shared infrastructure, AI behavior, and customer workflows.
Requirements
- Experience taking a product or substantial feature from concept through production and explaining decisions and post-launch results.
- Ability to ship TypeScript and React in an existing codebase with limited direction.
- Strong product and design judgment, including interface usability and visual quality.
- Experience with outbound sales, including prospect research, campaigns, replies, and selling products.
- Initiative, sound product decision-making, adaptability, and accountability for quality and customer outcomes.
- Based in and able to work in person at the San Francisco or New York office five or more days per week.

- Founded a company, worked as a sales engineer, or transitioned from sales into software development.
- Experience building a sales, CRM, or outbound product with real users.
- Public portfolio such as shipped products, a GitHub repository, or a technical write-up.
Compensation
- Salary: $130,000–$230,000 USD annually.
- Equity: 0.08%–0.20%.
