Responsibilities
- Serve as a technical thought partner to the Anthropic GTM partnerships team, providing expertise on partner landscape, driving strategic programs, and deepening partner technical capabilities.
- Embed with GSI and cloud partner technical teams to enable AI practices, support troubleshooting, evangelize Anthropic, and act as escalation point for complex issues.
- Collaborate with partners to identify high-value industry-specific GenAI applications, develop joint solutions, and codify reference architectures/best practices.
- Provide deep technical expertise and solution architecture guidance to unblock strategic customer deals where partners handle primary delivery.
- Represent Anthropic at partner events, workshops, summits, conferences; lead or support developer events, hackathons, and technical enablement sessions.
- Gather and validate product feedback from partner use cases and deployment patterns to inform roadmap and strategy.
Requirements
- 5+ years in technical customer-facing or partner-facing roles such as Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, Partner Sales Engineer, or Technical Account Manager.
- Track record of successfully partnering with GSIs and/or cloud providers (AWS, GCP) to solve complex technical challenges from design through delivery.
- Ability to build relationships and communicate technical concepts to diverse stakeholders including C-suite executives, engineering, and IT teams.
- Strong presentation and technical communication skills; ability to translate between technical and business requirements.
- Experience designing scalable cloud architectures and integrating with enterprise systems.
- Familiarity with common LLM frameworks and tools, or background in machine learning or data science.
- Excitement for cross-organizational collaboration, working through trade-offs, and balancing priorities.
- Passion for teaching, mentoring, and using technology safely and beneficially to advance safe AI systems.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience in a relevant field.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with GenAI applications, reference architectures, and best practices for deployment.
- Background in machine learning or data science beyond basic familiarity.
