Founding Internal Products Engineer
Build and own internal applications, integrations, and automations that improve sales, finance, billing, and company-wide workflows. The role requires strong product judgment, cross-functional communication, and hands-on experience shipping applications, APIs, and SQL integrations.

Responsibilities
- Discover and prioritize broken workflows with sales, finance, and other teams.
- Define practical projects, challenge proposed solutions, and establish the internal products roadmap.
- Build, deploy, maintain, and support applications, integrations, and automations.
- Resolve urgent sales and billing blockers and address their underlying causes.
- Establish processes for problem discovery, prioritization, adoption, and impact measurement.
- Expand internal tooling into additional company workflows.
Requirements
- Strong product judgment and ability to define useful first releases.
- Ability to understand workflows, identify core blockers, and communicate tradeoffs with non-technical users.
- Experience building and maintaining applications, APIs, and SQL integrations.
- Ability to work independently across business functions and adapt priorities to urgent operational needs.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with internal tools, CRMs, billing platforms, or AI automation.
- Experience in sales or finance.
Compensation
- Annual salary: $215,000.
