Associate Legal Counsel
Associate Legal Counsel handling commercial contract negotiations and advising sales and business teams on technology transactions. The role requires at least three years of commercial transactions experience, strong business judgment, and qualification in an appropriate jurisdiction.

Responsibilities
- Draft and negotiate cloud, licensing, and other technology contracts.
- Provide strategic legal and business advice on contract-related issues to sales and related teams.
- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline negotiations and scale legal resources.
- Develop training resources to help the sales team navigate the contracting process.
- Handle additional legal projects and support team members as needed.
Requirements
- 3+ years of commercial transactions experience, preferably including technology licensing and cloud agreements.
- Proven success in-house and/or at a top law firm.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to understand complex contractual issues, assess risk, exercise business judgment, and provide clear legal advice.
- Curiosity and enthusiasm about technology.
- Ability to work independently, efficiently, and in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership and teamwork skills, with willingness to take on new responsibilities.
- Experience advancing projects in a multi-stakeholder environment and prioritizing multiple projects.
- Licensed in an appropriate jurisdiction.
